加德满都大学Janardan Lamichhane教授到兰州化物所进行学术交流

　　11月9日下午，应中国科学院西北特色植物资源化学重点实验室邀请，加德满都大学Janardan Lamichhane教授访问了中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所，并作了题为“Study on High Altitude Medicinal Plants of Nepal in Bioprospecting Approach”的学术报告。报告会由邵士俊研究员主持。 

　　报告会上，Janardan Lamichhane教授首先介绍了尼泊尔地区的地质条件和独特的高海拔药用植物资源，其中大部分植物都来自喜马拉雅地区。依托特殊的地理优势，Janardan Lamichhane教授及其研究团队采集了不同海拔高度的药用植物，并对其进行了广泛的研究。报告结束后，Janardan Lamichhane教授表达了对中国传统医药理论的深厚底蕴和实践积累的极大赞赏，同时Janardan Lamichhane教授与杨军丽研究员、秦波研究员就尼泊尔高海拔药物开发、质量控制等问题进行了深入讨论，大家一致认为合作开发高海拔药用植物资源具有重要的社会意义和经济价值。
